“La Vera Italia” is able to offer students several different solutions: family accommodation, hostels, hotels, Bed & Breakfast or furnished accommodation.
Students must organise their own accommodation.On request, however, the school is willing to assist students in their search for accommodation. The cost of this service is € 70.
The school cannot be held responsible for relations between the student and the owner or landlord..
FAMILY ACCOMMODATION
Staying with a family is the best possible way to get to know Italian customs, culture and local traditions. This solution is available for those attending a course lasting at least two weeks. The families are carefully selected by “La Vera Italia”. Bed and breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner cost € 165 per week (€ 10 extra charge for a single room). Villa Borgognoni, which has recently been converted into a hostel, is a beautiful building dating back to the XIX century. The villa is full of frescoes and the spacious rooms and beautiful gardens make it an oasis of peace and quiet where you can study or simply relax. There is a community room with television, computer and fax machine. Breakfast is served in a small dining room. The bedrooms (with two, four or six beds) and bathrooms are shared with other students of the same sex. The rooms for men and women are on two different floors.
“Notti sulle Mura” is a delightful Bed & Breakfast in the historical centre, close to the city walls. It has one single room and two double rooms, which can also be let as single rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared.
A mini-apartment on the ground floor with separate entrance and only 10 minutes walk from the school. This B & B has a kitchen, a room (where a third bed can be added), a bathroom with a shower, central heating, TV, internet access, Hi-Fi, radio, hairdryer and fax machine. Small pets are welcome.
“Villa MaLu” is charming and welcoming. It is about 15 minutes by car from the school and offers guests the peace and quiet of the countryside in a harmonious family atmosphere. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom and television; double rooms have a balcony overlooking the large garden and with a magnificent view of the surrounding Apennine foothills. Situated in the town centre, this B & B offers a spacious room with one double bed and a single bed. There are no cooking facilities, but the room has a TV, a video recorder and a radio. Small pets are welcome.
“Holidays2italy” offers B & B accommodation in a typical Marches farmhouse in the softly sloping hills around the ancient medieval town of San Marcello, which is only a ten-minute drive from Jesi and thirty minutes from the sea. The house, which has been completely renovated and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with TV and a fire-place. “La Locanda del Golf”, which is on the outskirts of town, is a beautiful country house with a golf course. The rooms are furnished in traditional Marches style and from your window you can enjoy a breathtaking view across the “Vallesina” countryside. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom and you have use of the kitchen. There is also the possibility of renting an apartment which sleeps seven people.
“Santa Lucia” offers B & B accommodation and is about three kilometres from the historical centre of Jesi. Both single and double rooms are available, all with central heating, air conditioning and TV.
In this old farmhouse, which has been completely renovated and is furnished in traditional Marches style, you can enjoy a taste of country life, even though you are only about six kilometres from Jesi. Very easy to reach from the Jesi-centro exit of the SS76 Ancona – Fabriano and only about two kilometres from the school, “Mynonna” has comfortable rooms with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Each room has a different atmosphere and every guest will find something that best suits his/her personality.
